Task 8
Change the layer order:
The new layer needs to be bellow the image or the background will cover the image
To move the new layer bellow the image layer:
Open the layer pallet. From the Main Tool Bar Window > Show Layers
Left Click and drag down the New Layer in the Layer Pallet.
